This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Evergreen Ads is the paid ads service of Evergreen Creative Co., a small marketing agency in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia, Canada. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Evergreen Creative Co.
What we collect
What you send us. If you fill out the contact form or the quote tool, we receive the details you type in. That can include your name, email address, phone number (optional), your trade, your answers about your ads and budget, and any message you write.
Bookings. If you book a call, you enter your details on Calendly's booking form. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking.
Visit data. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags. They collect things like the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and whether you booked a call or sent a form. They use cookies or similar technology to do this.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, run your free audit and send a quote.
- To book and prepare for calls.
- To understand which pages and ads lead to bookings, and improve them.
- To keep the site working and block spam.
We do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
We use a few providers to run the site: Hostinger (website hosting), Google (analytics and advertising), and Calendly (bookings). Form submissions are emailed to us and stored in our website's database. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be handled under laws that differ from Canada's.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, to run the work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below). Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices
- You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can withdraw your consent to us contacting you at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
To do any of these, email hello@evergreencreativeco.ca. If you are not happy with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
