Google Ads and lead generation for trades businesses
Evergreen Ads is a marketing and lead generation service for trades businesses. We manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta ads for roofing, electrical, landscaping, tree service, pest control and more, and track every call and form, so you know which ads brought in booked jobs.
Free. 20 minutes. No obligation.
What a tracked lead looks like
- Someone searches"landscaper near me"
- They see your ad and clickThe click is logged to that search
- They call or fill out your formThe call or form is tied to that ad
- The job gets bookedGoogle learns which leads were worth having
We set up tracking so you can see all four steps.
Where trades ad money goes missing
-
Calls nobody can trace
The phone rings. Nobody knows if it was Google, a flyer or a referral.
-
Clicks from the wrong people
DIYers, job seekers and people pricing materials are not hiring anyone.
-
One budget for every job
Without separate campaigns, small jobs use up the budget meant for the big ones.
What your free audit covers
A 20-minute call. We look at your account together.
- Which calls and forms are actually tracked
- Search terms eating your budget, like DIY, job and supplier searches
- Whether your ads are split by the jobs you want most
- What I'd change first
Built for trades businesses that book jobs by phone or form. Roofing, electrical, landscaping, tree service, pest control, garage doors, painting and more. Not running ads yet? The audit works for that too.

What is behind each option in your quote.
-
Google Ads
Campaigns built around the jobs you want most, split by job type. Tight keywords, a long list of negative keywords, and location settings that match where you work.
-
Local Services Ads
Pay-per-lead ads at the top of local search results. We help you set up your profile, then manage and optimize your budget and bids. Availability depends on your trade and area, and we check on the call. It's an add-on to Google Ads.
-
Meta ads
Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around your offers and service area, with a lead form or call setup so every lead is tracked.
-
Call and form tracking
Every call and form fill is tied to the ad that caused it. Booked jobs get sent back to Google so it learns what a good lead looks like.
-
Monthly report in plain English
What you spent, how many calls and forms it produced, what we changed and what we're doing next.

How we build campaigns for any trade
Every trade sells a few very different kinds of jobs. We keep them apart, so each one gets its own budget, message and tracking.
-
Urgent jobs
Leaks, outages, breakdowns and emergencies. These searchers want someone now, so the ads lead with fast response and a number that is easy to tap.
-
Planned jobs
Installs, replacements and projects. People compare a few companies first, so the ad and the page speak to the exact job and make booking simple.
-
Seasonal work
Many trades have a busy season. Seasonal jobs get their own campaign, so budget follows demand instead of running evenly all year.
-
Visual trades
Landscaping, painting and similar work sell on how it looks. Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) show finished jobs to people in your service area, alongside Google Ads.
Searches we block, so you do not pay for them
DIY and how-to searches, job listings, trades school and training searches, supplier and material searches, and anywhere you do not work.
When your demand moves
Trades work follows the weather, the calendar and the market. We watch your calls month to month and move budget toward the jobs you want more of.

Questions
Is the audit really free?
Yes. No strings.
Do you guarantee leads?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What you get is tracking on every call and form, so you can see exactly what your ad spend produced.
How do trades businesses get more leads from Google?
Show up when someone searches for your trade, split your ads by the jobs you want most, track every call and form, and block the searches that never turn into work.
Do you work with my trade?
Most likely. We work with plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, contracting, landscaping, tree service, pest control, garage doors and more. If your trade is not on the list, tell me on the audit call and we will see if it fits.
Can you run ads only for the jobs I want?
Yes. Campaigns are split by job type, so you can push the jobs you want, skip the ones you do not, and change the mix whenever your schedule changes.
Is there a contract?
6 months minimum, then month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice.
Who runs my account?
I do. I manage every account myself, and nothing changes without my say-so.
Do I own my ad account?
Yes. The account stays in your name, and your ad budget is paid straight to Google or Meta.
What are Local Services Ads?
Ads at the top of local search results where you pay per lead instead of per click. Whether they're available depends on your trade and where you work, and we check that on the call.
