Roofing marketing and Google Ads, built around booked jobs

Evergreen Ads is a roofing marketing and lead generation service. We manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta ads for roofing companies, and track every call and form, so you know which ads brought in the leak repair and which brought in a full replacement.

Free. 20 minutes. No obligation.

What a tracked lead looks like

  1. Someone searches"roof leak repair near me"
  2. They see your ad and clickThe click is logged to that search
  3. They call or fill out your formThe call or form is tied to that ad
  4. The job gets bookedGoogle learns which leads were worth having

We set up tracking so you can see all four steps.

Where roofing ad money goes missing

  • Storm-season calls nobody can trace

After a big storm the phone lights up. Nobody knows which calls came from your ads.

  • Clicks from the wrong people

DIYers, roofing job seekers, and people pricing out materials they plan to install themselves.

  • Leads nobody follows up on

Homeowners often compare a few quotes. A slow reply is a lost job you already paid to find.

What your free audit covers

A 20-minute call. We look at your account together.

  • Which calls and forms are actually tracked
  • Search terms eating your budget, like DIY, job and material searches
  • Whether your ads reach homeowners only in the areas you roof
  • What I'd change first

Built for roofing companies that book jobs by phone or form: leak repairs, storm damage, inspections and full replacements. Not running ads yet? The audit works for that too.

What you get with Evergreen

What is behind each option in your quote.

  • Google Ads

Campaigns built around the jobs you want most, split by repair, replacement and storm work. Tight keywords, a long list of negative keywords, and location settings that match the areas you roof.

  • Local Services Ads

Pay-per-lead ads at the top of local search results. We help you set up your profile, then manage and optimize your budget and bids. Availability depends on your trade and area, and we check on the call. It's an add-on to Google Ads.

  • Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around your offers and neighbourhoods, like free roof inspections, with a lead form or call setup so every lead is tracked.

  • Call and form tracking

Every call and form fill is tied to the ad that caused it. Booked jobs get sent back to Google so it learns what a good lead looks like, even when the job books weeks later.

  • Monthly report in plain English

What you spent, how many calls and forms it produced, what we changed and what we're doing next.

How we build roofing campaigns

A leak call and a full re-roof are very different customers. We keep them apart, so each one gets its own budget, message and tracking.

  • Repairs and leaks

Leaks, missing shingles and storm damage. Urgent searches that call for a fast response and a number that is easy to tap.

  • Full replacements

Re-roofs are the big-ticket jobs. They get their own budget and a message built around the free quote and the warranty you offer.

  • Inspections and estimates

Free inspection and estimate offers, an easy first step for homeowners who are not ready to commit.

  • Storm and insurance work

Storm damage and claim searches, handled separately so you can turn them up when the weather turns and down when it settles.

Searches we block, so you do not pay for them

DIY and how-to searches, roofing job listings, roofing school, material and shingle price searches, and anywhere you do not work.

When roofing demand moves

Roofing work follows the weather. Storms and the push to finish before winter can spike demand. We watch your calls month to month and adjust budget to match.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No strings.

Do you guarantee leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What you get is tracking on every call and form, so you can see exactly what your ad spend produced.

How do roofers get more leads online?

Show up when homeowners search for a leak repair or a new roof, split repair and replacement into their own campaigns, and track every call and quote request so you can see which ads led to jobs.

Can you run ads only for full roof replacements?

Yes. Replacements get their own campaign and budget, so you can focus on the big jobs and leave small repairs out if you prefer.

How do you handle storm damage leads?

Storm work gets its own campaign, so we can raise the budget quickly after bad weather and pull it back once things settle.

Is there a contract?

6 months minimum, then month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who runs my account?

I do. I manage every account myself, and nothing changes without my say-so.

Do I own my ad account?

Yes. The account stays in your name, and your ad budget is paid straight to Google or Meta.

What are Local Services Ads?

Ads at the top of local search results where you pay per lead instead of per click. Whether they're available depends on your trade and where you work, and we check that on the call.

Who runs your account

Evergreen Ads is the paid ads side of Evergreen Creative Co., a small marketing agency in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. I run every account myself, so the person you talk to is the person making the changes.

We work with trades businesses across North America and Europe.

What we changed

  • Sept 9Sent August's 11 booked jobs back to Google, so it learns which clicks turn into work.
  • Sept 16Blocked 11 searches that do not fit, including the four above.
  • Sept 23Paused one replacement keyword that spent without producing a lead.

What we are doing next

  • Check in the October report whether the blocked searches stopped costing money.
  • Look at which replacement keywords bring clicks but no quote requests, and tighten them.
  • Keep sending booked jobs back to Google every month.
