Tree service marketing and Google Ads, built around booked jobs

Evergreen Ads is a marketing and lead generation service for tree companies. We manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta ads, and track every call and form, so you know which ads brought in the removal job and which brought in a how-to reader.

Free. 20 minutes. No obligation.

What a tracked lead looks like

  1. Someone searches"tree removal near me"
  2. They see your ad and clickThe click is logged to that search
  3. They call or fill out your formThe call or form is tied to that ad
  4. The job gets bookedGoogle learns which leads were worth having

We set up tracking so you can see all four steps.

Where tree service ad money goes missing

  • Storm calls nobody can trace

After bad weather the phone lights up. Nobody knows which calls came from your ads.

  • Clicks from DIYers

People searching how to cut a tree or what chainsaw to buy are not hiring anyone.

  • Small jobs taking the big-job budget

A quick trim can use the budget meant for a full removal.

What your free audit covers

A 20-minute call. We look at your account together.

  • Which calls and forms are actually tracked
  • Search terms eating your budget, like DIY, equipment and job searches
  • Whether your ads separate emergency work from planned removals and trimming
  • What I'd change first

Built for tree companies that book jobs by phone or form: removals, storm damage, pruning and stump grinding. Not running ads yet? The audit works for that too.

What you get with Evergreen

What is behind each option in your quote.

  • Google Ads

Campaigns built around the jobs you want most, split by emergency, removal and trimming work. Tight keywords, a long list of negative keywords, and location settings that match where your crews go.

  • Local Services Ads

Pay-per-lead ads at the top of local search results. We help you set up your profile, then manage and optimize your budget and bids. Availability depends on your trade and area, and we check on the call. It's an add-on to Google Ads.

  • Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around your offers and service area, with a lead form or call setup so every lead is tracked.

  • Call and form tracking

Every call and form fill is tied to the ad that caused it. Booked jobs get sent back to Google so it learns what a good lead looks like.

  • Monthly report in plain English

What you spent, how many calls and forms it produced, what we changed and what we're doing next.

  3. We build, launch and report back.

How we build tree service campaigns

A fallen tree and a scheduled trim are very different jobs. We keep them apart, so each one gets its own budget, message and tracking.

  • Emergency and storm damage

Fallen trees and trees on houses. Urgent searches that call for a fast response and a number that is easy to tap.

  • Tree removal

Planned removals are the bigger jobs. They get their own budget and a message built around the free quote.

  • Pruning and trimming

Regular work with quick decisions. Kept separate so it does not compete with removals for budget.

  • Stump grinding

A common add-on, and often its own search. It gets its own keywords, so you can see what it brings in.

Searches we block, so you do not pay for them

DIY and how-to searches, tree identification and care questions, equipment and chainsaw searches, arborist job and course searches, and anywhere you do not work.

When tree service demand moves

Storms and windy weather bring urgent calls, and removal and trimming work fills other months. We watch your calls month to month and adjust budget to match.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No strings.

Do you guarantee leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What you get is tracking on every call and form, so you can see exactly what your ad spend produced.

How do tree companies get more leads online?

Show up for removal and storm damage searches, keep emergency work and planned jobs in separate campaigns, and track every call so you can see which ads brought in jobs.

Can you turn up the ads after a storm?

Yes. Emergency work runs as its own campaign, so we can raise the budget quickly after bad weather and pull it back once things settle.

Is there a contract?

6 months minimum, then month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who runs my account?

I do. I manage every account myself, and nothing changes without my say-so.

Do I own my ad account?

Yes. The account stays in your name, and your ad budget is paid straight to Google or Meta.

What are Local Services Ads?

Ads at the top of local search results where you pay per lead instead of per click. Whether they're available depends on your trade and where you work, and we check that on the call.

Who runs your account

Evergreen Ads is the paid ads side of Evergreen Creative Co., a small marketing agency in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. I run every account myself, so the person you talk to is the person making the changes.

We work with trades businesses across North America and Europe.

What we changed

  • Sept 9Sent August's 9 booked jobs back to Google, so it learns which clicks turn into work.
  • Sept 16Blocked 10 searches that do not fit, including the four above.
  • Sept 23Paused one stump keyword that spent without producing a lead.

What we are doing next

  • Check in the October report whether the blocked searches stopped costing money.
  • Look at which pruning keywords bring clicks but no calls, and tighten them.
  • Keep sending booked jobs back to Google every month.
