Landscaping marketing and Google Ads, built around booked jobs

Evergreen Ads is a marketing and lead generation service for landscaping companies. We manage Google Ads and Meta ads, plus Local Services Ads where they are available, and we track every call and form, so you know which ads brought in the design job and which brought in a lawn tips reader.

Free. 20 minutes. No obligation.

What a tracked lead looks like

  1. Someone searches"landscaper near me"
  2. They see your ad and clickThe click is logged to that search
  3. They call or fill out your formThe call or form is tied to that ad
  4. The job gets bookedGoogle learns which leads were worth having

We set up tracking so you can see all four steps.

Where landscaping ad money goes missing

  • Clicks from DIYers

People searching how to fix a lawn or what to plant are not hiring anyone.

  • Small jobs taking the big-job budget

A one-time cleanup can use the budget meant for a patio or a retaining wall.

  • Photos that never get used

Landscaping sells on how it looks. Finished jobs that never reach the right people are wasted work.

What your free audit covers

A 20-minute call. We look at your account together.

  • Which calls and forms are actually tracked
  • Search terms eating your budget, like DIY, plant and supplier searches
  • Whether your ads separate maintenance from design and install jobs
  • What I'd change first

Built for landscaping companies that book jobs by phone or form: lawn care, design and installs, retaining walls, patios and seasonal cleanups. Not running ads yet? The audit works for that too.

What you get with Evergreen

What is behind each option in your quote.

  • Google Ads

Campaigns built around the jobs you want most, split by maintenance, design and seasonal work. Tight keywords, a long list of negative keywords, and location settings that match your service area.

  • Local Services Ads

Pay-per-lead ads at the top of local search results. We help you set up your profile, then manage and optimize your budget and bids. Availability depends on your trade and area, and we check on the call. It's an add-on to Google Ads.

  • Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around photos of your finished work and your offers, with a lead form or call setup so every lead is tracked.

  • Call and form tracking

Every call and form fill is tied to the ad that caused it. Booked jobs get sent back to Google so it learns what a good lead looks like.

  • Monthly report in plain English

What you spent, how many calls and forms it produced, what we changed and what we're doing next.

How we build landscaping campaigns

Maintenance work and design projects are different customers. We keep them apart, so each one gets its own budget, message and tracking.

  • Lawn care and maintenance

Recurring work such as mowing and upkeep. These searches are steady, so the ads aim for new regular customers.

  • Design and installs

Patios, retaining walls, planting and full yard projects. Bigger jobs with longer decisions, so they get their own budget and a message built around the consult.

  • Seasonal cleanups

Spring and fall cleanups and similar one-time work. Handled as its own campaign, so you can turn it up when the season starts and down when it ends.

  • Meta ads for finished work

Facebook and Instagram ads built around photos of finished jobs, shown to homeowners in your service area. They suit a trade that sells on how it looks.

Searches we block, so you do not pay for them

DIY and how-to searches, plant and garden care questions, landscaping job and course searches, material and supplier price searches, and anywhere you do not work.

When landscaping demand moves

Landscaping follows the growing season. We watch your calls month to month and move budget toward the jobs you want more of.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No strings.

Do you guarantee leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What you get is tracking on every call and form, so you can see exactly what your ad spend produced.

How do landscapers get more leads online?

Show up when homeowners search for lawn care or a yard project, keep maintenance and design work in separate campaigns, and use photos of finished jobs on Meta ads to reach people before they search.

Can you advertise my landscaping on Facebook and Instagram too?

Yes. Meta ads suit landscaping because people respond to photos of finished work. We build them alongside your Google Ads, and track the leads from both.

Is there a contract?

6 months minimum, then month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who runs my account?

I do. I manage every account myself, and nothing changes without my say-so.

Do I own my ad account?

Yes. The account stays in your name, and your ad budget is paid straight to Google or Meta.

What are Local Services Ads?

Ads at the top of local search results where you pay per lead instead of per click. Whether they're available depends on your trade and where you work, and we check that on the call.

Who runs your account

Evergreen Ads is the paid ads side of Evergreen Creative Co., a small marketing agency in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. I run every account myself, so the person you talk to is the person making the changes.

We work with trades businesses across North America and Europe.

What we changed

  • Sept 9Sent August's 12 booked jobs back to Google, so it learns which clicks turn into work.
  • Sept 16Blocked 9 searches that do not fit, including the four above.
  • Sept 23Paused one installation keyword that spent without producing a lead.

What we are doing next

  • Check in the October report whether the blocked searches stopped costing money.
  • Look at which design keywords bring clicks but no calls, and tighten them.
  • Keep sending booked jobs back to Google every month.
