Pest control marketing and Google Ads, built around booked jobs

Evergreen Ads is a marketing and lead generation service for pest control companies. We manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta ads, and track every call and form, so you know which ads brought in the infestation call and which brought in someone looking up a home remedy.

Free. 20 minutes. No obligation.

What a tracked lead looks like

  1. Someone searches"wasp nest removal near me"
  2. They see your ad and clickThe click is logged to that search
  3. They call or fill out your formThe call or form is tied to that ad
  4. The job gets bookedGoogle learns which leads were worth having

We set up tracking so you can see all four steps.

Where pest control ad money goes missing

  • Urgent calls nobody answers

Someone with pests in the house wants help now. A call that rings out goes to the next company on the page.

  • Clicks from DIYers

People searching how to get rid of ants or what bug spray to buy are not hiring anyone.

  • One-time jobs and plans mixed together

A single treatment and a recurring plan are different customers, and they should not share one budget.

What your free audit covers

A 20-minute call. We look at your account together.

  • Which calls and forms are actually tracked, including after-hours calls
  • Search terms eating your budget, like DIY, product and job searches
  • Whether your ads separate urgent jobs from recurring plans
  • What I'd change first

Built for pest control companies that book jobs by phone or form: infestation calls, wildlife and nest removal, treatment plans and inspections. Not running ads yet? The audit works for that too.

What you get with Evergreen

What is behind each option in your quote.

  • Google Ads

Campaigns built around the jobs you want most, split by urgent calls, plans and seasonal pests. Tight keywords, a long list of negative keywords, and location settings that match where your trucks go.

  • Local Services Ads

Pay-per-lead ads at the top of local search results. We help you set up your profile, then manage and optimize your budget and bids. Availability depends on your trade and area, and we check on the call. It's an add-on to Google Ads.

  • Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around seasonal offers and plans in your service area, with a lead form or call setup so every lead is tracked.

  • Call and form tracking

Every call and form fill is tied to the ad that caused it, including calls that come in after hours. Booked jobs get sent back to Google so it learns what a good lead looks like.

  • Monthly report in plain English

What you spent, how many calls and forms it produced, what we changed and what we're doing next.

How we build pest control campaigns

A wasp nest this afternoon and a quarterly plan are different customers. We keep them apart, so each one gets its own budget, message and tracking.

  • Urgent infestation calls

Wasps, rodents and other problems people want fixed now. The ads lead with fast response and a number that is easy to tap.

  • Treatment plans and inspections

Recurring plans and inspections bring steady work. They get their own campaign, so they are measured on their own.

  • Seasonal pests

Different pests peak at different times of year. Seasonal campaigns let budget follow what people are searching for.

  • Commercial accounts

If you take restaurants, offices or property managers, they get a separate campaign so they never share a budget with home calls.

Searches we block, so you do not pay for them

DIY and home remedy searches, pest identification questions, bug spray and trap product searches, pest control job and course searches, and anywhere you do not work.

When pest control demand moves

Pest activity changes with the season and the weather. We watch your calls month to month and shift budget toward the pests and jobs you want more of.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No strings.

Do you guarantee leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What you get is tracking on every call and form, so you can see exactly what your ad spend produced.

How do pest control companies get more leads online?

Show up when someone searches for help with a pest problem, keep urgent calls and recurring plans in separate campaigns, and track every call, including after-hours ones.

Can you run ads for recurring plans, not just one-time jobs?

Yes. Plans and inspections get their own campaign, so you can see what they bring in separately from urgent calls.

Is there a contract?

6 months minimum, then month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who runs my account?

I do. I manage every account myself, and nothing changes without my say-so.

Do I own my ad account?

Yes. The account stays in your name, and your ad budget is paid straight to Google or Meta.

What are Local Services Ads?

Ads at the top of local search results where you pay per lead instead of per click. Whether they're available depends on your trade and where you work, and we check that on the call.

Who runs your account

Evergreen Ads is the paid ads side of Evergreen Creative Co., a small marketing agency in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. I run every account myself, so the person you talk to is the person making the changes.

We work with trades businesses across North America and Europe.

What we changed

  • Sept 9Sent August's 15 booked jobs back to Google, so it learns which clicks turn into work.
  • Sept 16Blocked 12 searches that do not fit, including the four above.
  • Sept 23Paused one inspection keyword that spent without producing a lead.

What we are doing next

  • Check in the October report whether the blocked searches stopped costing money.
  • Look at which plan keywords bring clicks but no calls, and tighten them.
  • Keep sending booked jobs back to Google every month.
