Plumber marketing and Google Ads, built around booked jobs

Evergreen Ads is a plumber marketing and advertising service. We manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta ads for plumbing companies, and track every call and form, so you know which ads brought in the burst pipe and which brought in a window shopper.

Free. 20 minutes. No obligation.

What a tracked lead looks like

  1. Someone searches"emergency plumber near me"
  2. They see your ad and clickThe click is logged to that search
  3. They call or fill out your formThe call or form is tied to that ad
  4. The job gets bookedGoogle learns which leads were worth having

We set up tracking so you can see all four steps.

Where plumbing ad money goes missing

  • Emergency calls nobody answers

A burst pipe does not wait for a callback. If the call rings out after hours, that lead goes to the next plumber on the page.

  • Clicks from DIYers

People searching how to fix a dripping tap or what a part costs are not hiring anyone.

  • Reports nobody reads

The numbers look fine. The phone stays quiet.

What your free audit covers

A 20-minute call. We look at your account together.

  • Which calls and forms are actually tracked, including after-hours calls
  • Search terms eating your budget, like DIY and parts searches
  • Whether your ads reach only the areas your vans can get to
  • What I'd change first

Built for plumbing companies that book jobs by phone or form: emergency repairs, drain cleaning, water heaters, new installs and renovations. Not running ads yet? The audit works for that too.

What you get with Evergreen

What is behind each option in your quote.

  • Google Ads

Campaigns built around the jobs you want most, split by job type. Tight keywords, a long list of negative keywords, and location settings that match where your vans go.

  • Local Services Ads

Pay-per-lead ads at the top of local search results, which suit urgent searches like a leak or a blocked drain. We help you set up your profile, then manage and optimize your budget and bids. Availability depends on your trade and area, and we check on the call. It's an add-on to Google Ads.

  • Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around your offers and service area, like water heater checks or drain cleaning specials, with a lead form or call setup so every lead is tracked.

  • Call and form tracking

Every call and form fill is tied to the ad that caused it, including calls that come in after hours. Booked jobs get sent back to Google so it learns what a good lead looks like.

  • Monthly report in plain English

What you spent, how many calls and forms it produced, what we changed and what we're doing next.

How we build plumbing campaigns

Plumbing searches cover very different kinds of jobs. We keep them apart, so each one gets its own budget, message and tracking.

  • Emergency and repair

Burst pipes, leaks, blocked drains and no hot water. These searchers want someone now, so the ads lead with fast response and a number that is easy to tap.

  • Drain and sewer work

Drain cleaning, camera inspections and sewer lines. These get their own keywords, so a small clog call does not take the budget meant for bigger jobs.

  • Water heaters and fixtures

Replacements and installs. People compare before they call, so the ad speaks to the exact job and the page makes booking simple.

  • Renovation and repiping

Bathroom and kitchen plumbing, repipes and new builds. Slower decisions, bigger jobs, and often a form fill before a phone call.

Searches we block, so you do not pay for them

How-to and DIY searches, part prices, plumbing school and apprenticeship searches, job listings, and anywhere you do not work.

When plumbing demand moves

Cold snaps bring frozen and burst pipes. Other months lean toward water heater swaps and renovation work. We watch your calls month to month and move budget toward the jobs you want more of.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No strings.

Do you guarantee leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What you get is tracking on every call and form, so you can see exactly what your ad spend produced.

How do plumbers get more leads from Google?

Mostly by showing up when someone searches for a plumber, then making it easy to call or book. That means ads split by job type, tracking on every call and form, and blocking searches that never turn into work.

Can you run ads only for the plumbing jobs I want?

Yes. Campaigns are split by job type, so you can push drain and sewer work, skip the small jobs you do not want, and change the mix whenever your schedule changes.

What about emergency calls after hours?

Ads can run on a schedule that matches when someone picks up. If you want after-hours work, we make sure those calls are tracked and the number is easy to tap. If you do not, the ads pause.

Is there a contract?

6 months minimum, then month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who runs my account?

I do. I manage every account myself, and nothing changes without my say-so.

Do I own my ad account?

Yes. The account stays in your name, and your ad budget is paid straight to Google or Meta.

What are Local Services Ads?

Ads at the top of local search results where you pay per lead instead of per click. Whether they're available depends on your trade and where you work, and we check that on the call.

Who runs your account

Evergreen Ads is the paid ads side of Evergreen Creative Co., a small marketing agency in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. I run every account myself, so the person you talk to is the person making the changes.

Sample monthly report

September 2026

A plumbing company in British Columbia. Google Ads.

This is a sample with example numbers for a fictional company. It shows the layout and the kind of detail you get each month. It is not a client's results. Amounts are in Canadian dollars.

The short version

Emergency and repair searches brought the most leads at 33.40 each. Water heater and drain searches cost more per lead, 49.29, because those are larger jobs. 75.30 went to searches that were never going to book, and we blocked them.

What we changed

  • Sept 9Sent August's 14 booked jobs back to Google, so it learns which clicks turn into work.
  • Sept 16Blocked 10 searches that do not fit, including the four above.
  • Sept 23Paused one drain keyword that spent without producing a lead.

What we are doing next

  • Check in the October report whether the blocked searches stopped costing money.
  • Look at which drain keywords bring clicks but no calls, and tighten them.
  • Keep sending booked jobs back to Google every month.
